- Armando Ramos (Chencha Berrinches) and Pilar Montenegro, from the time in Garibaldi serving looks in the 1990s. This was probably the backstage area for Fiesta Broadway back then it was a multi-block festival along la Broadway (check the L.A. Times building in the back).
