- Three-Song cassette promo for Union 13’s sophomore album, “Why are We Destroying Ourselves?” (Epitaph 1999). Originally form in 1992 in Boyle Heights, Union 13 signed with Epitaph Records. In 1997 released their breakthrough album “East Los Presents” that had its record release show on a sweaty summer night at the Kennedy Hall, a banquet/quinceañera hall on Atlantic in East L.A.
25 years later and with Edward Escoto the sole original member, Union 13 continues to play its distinctively raw East Los Hardcore and will be touring Europe this summer ’18. Do you own any Epitaph cassette singles/promos?
