- Here is the poster (shared by @vicnomoredreads) and photos with some of the bands that performed at the L.A. Sound System Festival in 2008. The all day reggae/ska/pun festival organized by JCF Conciertos (@bearinthepit) boasted an impressive line-up with bands throughout Latin American and Spain. In many ways, LA Sound System was ahead of the curve of summer festivals and had it not happen right in the thick of the Great Recession, perhaps this festival would have become an annual event.
