@nanaPancha performing in mid 2000s at now defunct The Knitting Factory in Hollywood for a Pure Underground produced gig. From 2000 to 2009 the Knitting Factory was a hub for countless Rock/Ska Angelino shows. La Banda Elástica, Al Borde, Diva Records, Pure Underground and many other promoters did shows there. While the Knitting Factory is long gone (the venue ran afoul with the city regarding permits and a porn shoot!), the people behind the venue now co-own Spaceland Presents which books venues like the Echo, the Regent and put on a bunch of festivals in Southern Cal.
