Ya es fin de semana. Ready to go to La plaza? Here’s a flyer from what it must have been quite an attended show as several people have contributed their own copies of this flyer for a free 2004 Domingo de Ska show that took place at the kiosko in Lynwood’s Plaza Mexico and it featured Matamoska, La Resistencia & Roncovacoco. This is back when the store Wild Style was located in the site. Wild Style coincidentally (or not) is the title of a seminal 1980s hip-hop film where the protagonist “Zoro” is played by legendary Nuyorican graffiti artist "Lee" Quiñones. Did you go to this show? What are the features that you like/dislike about Plaza México? Thanks to @vivi_berumen & also to @karmatr0nic for sharing own copies of this flyer. #plazamexico #lynwood #southeastla #southeastlosangeles #matamoska #laresistencia #roncovacoco #ska #2010 #rockarchivo
