Looking for Rock Angelino/LÁ Ska footage, I found was in essence was the only one official-ish video by Las 15 Letras. This is their “Tiempos Viejos” song and watching the video today it was definitely old times now!
Even when I was around and make a couple of milliseconds cameo in this video, I can’t say for sure who filmed it, but it was probably Daniel Valera, brother of the band’s drummer.
The video includes footage of shows at the Roxy in West Hollywood, a mythic 5 de Mayo show at Cal State LÁ. There is also plenty of footage from a snowy weekend visit to Chicago to play gigs in La Villita and pre-gentrified Pilsen in the early 2000s.
It was cold ASF but the Chi-town crowd was always ????. Plus, there are some scenes of a festival in San Francisco and the Las 15 Letras Mexico tour in Guadalajara and the former DF in the late 1990s. You can watch the complete and uncut video on Youtube.
