Punk rock wasn't dead. We were!
Los Angeles. Winter of 2000. Ataque 77 checking sound before the show at The Whisky.
First performance in Los Angeles short after finishing recording their "Radio Insomio" album in Spain. The Argentinian Punkers played a sold out show of 500 that night. These are some pictures of from the sound check.
Mariano Martinez is losing patience listening to Gary from the L.A band La Tele. Luciano Scaglione and part of the team walking down Sunset Blvd in our way to Italian food. The band was super excited to play in the same place that saw Jim Morrison and The Doors started their career. It blows my mind that Ataque 77 recently celebrated 30 years of career and has played in many legendary venues around the world.
