- La Banda Elástica: La Frontera, Los Angeles y el rockan'rol. This is back cover of La Banda Elástica issue four that featured Saúl Hernández’ image from a photo taken by Rodolfo Loza. This issue probably published in late October 1992.
At the time, the nascent publication was still in zine format as it was produced in black and white photocopies.
By the mid 1990s, LBE would eventually become a full-color glossy zine with a publication in the tens of thousands that were distributed throughout the U.S. and Latin America.
