- Here’s a flyer for tocada organized in 1996 by the Club Rock en Español (C.R.E.E.) with Las 15 Letras, Calaveras & Verdadera Fe at some joint that was called Dizzy Debby’s close to LACMA.
As y’all know from reading (hopefully) the posts in this feed, the women of Club Rock en Español (C.R.E.E.) were absolutely essential for the growth of the genre “Rock en Español” genre (o como ustedes lo quieran llamar). The C.R.E.E. first promoted rock en español albums in LÁ, then produced a ton of Rock Angelino shows and the LÁ debuts of Maldita Vecindad, Café Tacvba, Víctimas , etc!
